BAM to Bring New Life to Bath’s Quayside Heritage

TCN has appointed BAM Construction to breathe new life into an historic landmark in Bath. The GBP 7 million contracts for the development of Newark Works, is part of the Bath Quays South, which BAM is already delivering next door, valued separately at over GBP 21 million. Newark Works was the old home of one of Bath’s most famous industrial firms Stothert and Pitt. The contract covers the full refurbishment of the historic buildings including new roof structures, replacement windows, and full internal reconfiguration to create 40,000 square feet of workspace with ancillary retail and leisure facilities.

Police catch thief in car, bring him back to store to pay for stolen item: Lyndhurst police blotter

LYNDHURST, Ohio — Theft: Cedar Road

At 2:55 p.m. Oct. 2, police were called to Dick’s Sporting Goods, 24545 Cedar Road, at Legacy Village, where it was reported that a male may have stolen a pair of socks, sports tape and gloves. The suspect, after leaving the store, exited Legacy Village in a car that headed east on Cedar Road.

Police located and stopped the car. The suspect, 18, of Maple Heights, was brought back to the store. It was found that he had only stolen a pair of socks. The man paid for the socks, which cost $10.78, and was cited for criminal trespassing.
